LectriCash Site Partner Terms

Parties: LectriCash, Inc. ("LectriCash") and the business listed in the application ("Site").

1) What we each do

• LectriCash: issues prepaid EV charging vouchers, provides the verification kiosk/app, and routes customers to compatible chargers.
• Site: places tablet/scanner at checkout, verifies vouchers (scan + staff PIN), and shows the customer the QR to start a session. Site does not load funds, process card payments, or handle PCI data.

2) Fees & settlement

• Site is paid the agreed share per verified session or per program terms shown in your dashboard or acceptance email.
• Payouts occur to the bank account on file per the payout schedule shown in your dashboard (typically weekly).
• LectriCash may net out refunds, fraud, or charge disputes.

3) Authorized use

• Use the kiosk solely to verify real customer vouchers at your location.
• Keep staff PINs private; revoke access for ex-employees.
• Don't copy, store, or resell voucher codes; don't accept vouchers for cash.
• Follow posted brand and signage guidelines.

4) Fraud, abuse, reversals

• We may decline or reverse a voucher that appears altered, stolen, duplicated, refunded, or otherwise invalid.
• We can suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse or repeated rule violations.

5) Devices & uptime

• Site provides internet and power for the tablet/scanner.
• The service may have maintenance windows or outages. We'll try to be reasonable about notice and fixes.

6) Data & privacy

• We store the minimum we need: masked voucher references, verification timestamps, device/browser info, location/store ID, and hashed staff PINs.

7) Brand & marketing

• LectriCash may list Site's name and logo as a participating location. Site may use LectriCash marks per our brand guide. No other licenses granted.

8) Term & termination

• Starts on acceptance and continues month-to-month. Either party may terminate at any time for convenience (email notice).
• We may suspend immediately for fraud, security risks, or legal compliance.

9) Liability

• As-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Cap. Our total liability is limited to the greater of USD $500 or the fees paid to Site in the 3 months before the claim.
• No indirect damages.

10) Indemnity

• Each party will defend/indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from its own willful misconduct, illegal acts, or IP infringement.

11) General

• Independent contractors; no partnership or franchise.
• Assignments require consent (not unreasonably withheld), except to an affiliate or in a merger.
• Governing law: Louisiana; venue in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
• This short form plus the Privacy Snapshot and any order/program terms are the entire agreement. We may update posted terms with notice; continued use = acceptance.
